I don't know if this is an acceptable post or not [let me know]. It's not mine, and I don't have any connection to it, but I happened to see it, and thought it worthy to share.

1985 Minnie-Winnebago w/ Renault turbo diesel and manual transmission. This is a parts vehicle or repower project. Good title in my name. Engine is bad and injection system is missing. Damage to front bumper and grille from sloppy wrecker hookup, windshield cracked, fridge and fresh water pump missing. RV options it has: furnace, stove, 12V powered roof vents, power converter/battery charger, electronic level indicator for tanks. Propane system, toilet and shower, and holding tank looks intact. Tires have good tread and hold air (paperwork from Les Schwab indicates about 7k miles since new). Brakes seem firm but hasn't really been tested since I towed it in several years ago. Needs a wash. No storage, to be removed immediately by buyer. $200 or offer

I feel it's an acceptable post. At $200, it might be worth it to either convert and fix-it up or for a parts sale. It's on the other corner of the country for me but, I do have a 2.2 gas engine complete with tranny and cradle if anbody might be interested in saving it.

It's about an hour and half north of me, however I don't have the time/funds for a project right now.

How much do your engine/trannies go for usually?
