The power converter is what supplies 12v to the rv system. Only a few items that get straight 120v. Water heater and an outlet on mine since I only have the 12v refrigerator. On my 1985 unit the power center has push button breakers for the 120v and fuses for the 12v. If you've got 12v coming out then the power center has 120v power being supplied to it. Would seem to me that it's a breaker or wiring issue. Possibly the water heater switch got turned on and an element shorted and is keeping a breaker tripped. Maybe someone else has a different idea.

The main breakers go bad when old. It will 'reset' normally and click off and on but internally 'open' or broke. Make sure it off shore then carefully take cover off beaker box. Then plug it back in and carefully check the out terminals on main breaker for voltage. Black and white. And white to chassis. Bet the breaker is bad, They do that.

The relay you hear is for 12v converter. Turns on the converter if voltage is present. If not it stays on battery power to coach.

I lost one and had to 'hot-wire' it to get it on. Not recommended and complicated, but had to have computer. You can use generec breakers if they are of like type, if it is shot.

Do you have a ground fault plug?? It this plug is tripped, you will not get any 110v power.
