hiya guy's
I have a problem with my 1990 lesharo, it seems to be flooding all the time, I have had all the injectors all cleaned and tested, put them back in and she fired up ok, went back to start her up about an hour later, and nothing, just a strong smell of petrol, she has had a new distributor cap, rotor arm, plug's, I'm at at a loss I need to get her running before we attempt to replace the auto box, that is also stopped working, any help would be appreciated thanks in advance folk's.

Remove the vacuum hose from the TOP of the fuel pressure regulator on the intake manifold and check it for fuel, if the fuel pressure regulator has fuel coming out of the top then you have a faulty fuel pressure regulator. The diaphragm in the fuel pressure regulator is broken and fuel is pouring directly into the intake manifold via the vacuum hose at pressure, replace the fuel pressure regulator.
IN THE 1990 MODEL IT IS LOCATED HERE

ON THE TRANSMISSION
The fuse panel has a tendency to get corrosion at the terminals especially at the transmission electronic controller fuse. THE TRANSMISSION WILL GET STUCK IN 3RD GEAR. Remove the fuse and THOROUGHLY CLEAN the fuse ends and the terminals that hold it with a copper wire bush. TEST FOR CONTINUITY AT ALL POINTS WHEN DONE.
Here is the location of that fuse:
